The structure and working principle of CPZ-6F environmental-friendly concrete gunite machine are as follows: The mixed material is fed into the sprayer hopper through the vibrating screen from the discharging port of the batching mixer (or manual mixing and loading), and is injected into the straight-through material cavity of the rotor by the material distributor, and swirls with the rotor to the discharge port, where the compressed air is passed into the air chamber, blowing the material into the discharge elbow by the cyclone into another pressure air, which blows and accelerates the material in a multi-head wind spiral state, and makes it rotate, float, enter the feed pipe, reach the nozzle and then add a small amount of supplementary water (tide spraying) or liquid accelerator (wet spraying) to spray it out.
